I spent a quiet night in the desert. At the beginning it has not threaded properly and the sand finds its way everywhere. I do not want to imagine how it is in a real sandstorm. I continue towards Yazd, one of the oldest city in Iran. And I beat another record: cheapest accommodation so far with 5$ (breakfast included), 25 USD cents for a liter of petrol. In comparison, a bottle of water cost 35 USD cents! One day I’m doing sightseeing and I rest the other and forge plans for the future.

Ich verbrachte eine ruhige Nacht in der Wüste. Zu Beginn hat es noch ordentlich gewindet und der Sand findet den Weg überall hin. Ich will mir nicht vorstellen, wie es in einem richtigen Sandsturm ist. Ich fahre weiter Richtung Yazd, eine der ältesten Stadt im Iran. Neben dem Alter der Stadt stelle ich weitere Rekorde auf: bisher günstigste Unterkunft mit 5 US$ (inkl. Frühstück), 25 Dollar Cent für einen Liter Benzin. Im Vergleich eine Flasche Wasser kostet 35 Dollar Cent! Einen Tag mache ich Stadtbesichtigung und den anderen ruhe ich aus und schmiede Pläne für die Zukunft.
