09.01.2017 El Bolson, RA Km: 147292 1000 Km in one day / 1000 km an einem Tag
I’m still on the boring Ruta 40. But this brings me to an idea. I would like to drive 1000km in one day. I tried this in Mexico and failed miserably. But I did not put too much pressure on me and just see if I could make it.
I get up at 6 o’clock and leave at 7 o’clock. As the road is paved and goinging straight, I can ride at 100 km/h. I make a small break, because as it is still very cold, fuel up and continues. In the evening at 19:30 I stop in El Bolson at the river and have made 1046 km.
It is even more possible. So I could drive 1 hour earlier, and in the evening drive an hour longer, make a little less break, not searching for a campground and choose no route with gravel road. In most cases drive at 120 km/h, then 1500 km is possible. Let’s see… 🙂

Ich bin immer noch auf der langweiligen Ruta 40. Aber dies bringt mich auf eine Idee. Ich möchte 1000km an einem Tag fahren. Dies versuchte ich bereits in Mexico und bin kläglich gescheitert. Ich setzte mich aber nicht zu viel Druck auf und schaue einfach ob ich es schaffe.
Ich stehe um 6 Uhr auf und fahre um 7 Uhr los. Da die Strasse geteert und immer geradeaus geht, kann ich mit 100 Km/h fahren. Unterwegs tanken eine kleine Pause, da es immer noch sehr kalt ist und wieder weiter. Am Abend um 19:30 stoppe ich in El Bolson am Fluss und habe 1046 Km geschafft.
Es ist noch mehr möglich. So könnte ich 1 Stunde früher losfahren, und am Abend noch eine Stunde länger fahren, etwas weniger Pause machen, den Zeltplatz nicht suchen und keine Route mit Schotterstrasse. Dazu meistens mit 120 km/h fahren, dann währen 1500km möglich. Mal sehen… 🙂
