23.8.2013 Ephesos (TR) Km: 23759 Wonder of the world / Weltwunder
Visit the Temple of Artemis, or what’s left of it today. In any case, I am in the middle of one of the seven antique wonders of the world. A great feeling! Then I visit the ruins of Ephesus. Also there is not much more and it definitely has too many tourists. But I’m here anyway I make some photos. I think about, how far I want still to ride today. Because I have enough time I’ll stop driving and just go to the huge, almost empty beach and set up my tent.

Besuche heute den Tempel der Artemis, oder was davon noch übrig ist. Auf jeden Fall stehe ich in mitten eines der 7 antiken Weltwunder. Ein tolles Gefühl. Danach sehe ich mir noch die Ruinen von Ephesos an. Viel steht auch da nicht mehr und es hat definitiv zu viele Touristen. Aber da ich schon mal hier bin mache ich natürlich einige Fotos. Da es erst 14:00 überlege ich mir wie weit ich noch fahren will. Da ich genügend Zeit habe mach ich gleich Feierabend und fahre nur noch an den riesigen, fast menschenleeren Strand und stelle mein Zelt auf.
