As we head towards Kalbarri National Park, the landscape changes a bit and is actually a bit more interesting. I especially like the cliffs near Kalbarri where meter-high waves on the rocks collide. Because the road is too sandy and we have to pay $ 6 again, we didn’t go to a gorge more in the north. We rest in Kalbarri for an hour or two and then start heading to Geralton. On the whole route is blowing towards us, a violent wind that does not particularly pleasant for the whole trip.
We hope that after Geralton we still find a nice place. A lot of people have said the Nambung National Park is the best. Let’s see.

Als wir Richtung Kalbarri National Park fahren, ändert sich die Landschaft ein wenig und ist tatsächlich etwas interessanter. Mir gefallen besonders die Klippen bei Kalbarri wo meterhohe Wellen an die Felsen prallen. Eine Gorge lassen wir aus, da die Strasse zu sandig ist und wir wieder 6$ bezahlen müssen. Wir ruhen uns in Kalbarri noch etwas aus und fahren dann weiter nach Geralton. Auf der ganzen Strecke bläst uns ein heftiger Wind entgegen, der die ganze Fahrt nicht besonders angenehm macht.
Wir hoffen, dass nach Geralton wir noch einen schönen Ort finden, da viel Leute gesagt haben, der Nambung National Park sei der beste. Mal sehen.
