Have once again, found a great landscape. On a pass I am invited by Atefeh and her family for lunch. But then I underestimated the time I’m in the dark in Tehran. On the road to Arak, at a gas station there are communication problems, but I can solve with my notepad and pencil. However, I no longer get back my pencil. Because I want to have the pencil again, it begins a longer discussion about who has the pencil. One gets the manager and together we look at the surveillance video. Unfortunately you cannot see exactly, but suspect who had the pencil last. After a half hour discussion the owner of the gas station comes and tells me that unfortunately there are a few “Ass… “. Same to the gas station attendant and he will lose his job next month! Now you thinking sure why this story for a pencil? It is the first time that what has been deliberately stolen from me and it’s the principle. I also have to keep my material care, as I have only limited budget. In the evening looking at Arak for an accommodation, but cannot find a hotel that fits into the budget. And so I ‘m going in the dark in a park and set up my tent. but I do not feel comfortable in this situation.\n\n **********************\n\n Bevor ich Teheran verlasse, mache ich noch eine Ausfahrt in die Berge rund um Teheran. Habe wieder mal eine tolle Landschaft gefunden. Auf einem Pass werde ich von Atefeh und ihrer Familie gleich zum Mittagessen eingeladen. Ich habe dann aber die Zeit unterschätzt und komme im Dunkeln in Teheran an. Auf dem Weg nach Arak, an einer Tankstelle gibt es Verständigungsprobleme, die ich aber mit meinem Notizblock und Bleistift lösen kann. Allerdings kriege ich meinen Bleistift nicht mehr zurück. Da ich den Bleistift wieder haben will, beginnt eine längere Diskussion wer jetzt den Bleistift hat. Einer holt den Manager und wir schauen zusammen das Überwachungsvideo an. Leider ist nicht genau zu sehen, aber doch zu vermuten wer den Bleistift als letztes hatte. Nach einer halben Stunde Diskussion kommt der Inhaber der Tankstelle und sagt mir, dass es leider wenige „Ars…” gibt. So auch der Tankwart, der seinen Job verlieren wird! Nun denk ihr sicher, warum der Aufwand für einen Bleistift? Es ist das erste Mal, dass mir was bewusst gestohlen wurde und es geht ums Prinzip. Ich muss auch meinem Material sorge halten, da ich nur limitiertes Budget habe.\n\n Am Abend suche in Arak eine Unterkunft, finde aber kein Hotel, das ins Budget passt. Und so fahre ich im Dunkel in einen Park und stelle mein Zelt auf.
