So we have to drive over 300 km without a hotel is available. This means camping, because we do not want to drive as long as a day with Leonardo. Normal we ride about 150km with a longer break in between and after two days of driving at least one day of rest. We found a wonderful place not far from the road, surrounded by many large cacti. In this fantastic scenery I cook spaghetti and then we lie down to sleep. It is in that night very cold (~ 10 degrees Celsius) and so everyone is sleeping not so well. The next night in a hotel is not that great as well and this ends in a bad mood that Francesca Leonardo ruthlessly defended and treated me like an idiot. Well, being Father! Then we slowly start with solid food for the little one. Because we don’t have a blender and Industrial food we don’t like, I’m cooking carrots which I then chop and mash a bit. It has thereby still some bigger pieces, but that was probably when the Neanderthals already like that.\n\n **********************\n\n Es geht weiter die Baja Richtung Süden und die Dörfer werden kleiner und die Distanzen grösser. So müssen wir über 300 Km fahren ohne dass ein Hotel vorhanden ist. Dies bedeutet Camping, da wir mit Leonardo nicht so lange pro Tag fahren wollen. Normal sind c. 150km mit einer grösseren Pause dazwischen und nach zwei Fahrtagen mindestens einen Tag Pause. Wir finden einen herrlichen Platz etwas abseits der Strasse inmitten vieler grosser Kakteen. In dieser fantastischen Szenerie koche ich noch Spaghetti und wir legen uns schlafen. Es ist in dieser Nacht sehr kalt (~10Grad Celsius) und so schlafen alle nicht so gut.\n\n Die nächste Nacht in einem Hotel ist auch nicht so toll und dies äussert sich in schlechter Stimmung, dass Francesca Leonardo rücksichtslos verteidigt und mich wie einen Idioten behandelt. Tja, Vater sein!\n\n Dann starten wir langsam mit fester Nahrung für den Kleinen. Da wir keinen Pürier Stab haben und das Industriell hergestellte Essen nicht wollen, koche ich Karotten die ich dann zerhacke und klein drücke.
