So again a disappointment from a place of the people says it is one of the most beautiful. But someone has told us further south it is fantastically beautiful. So we go straight on. Since the distance as far as Carnarvon is monotonous and by about 2 feet high bushes, you cannot even see into the distance, there are very long 300 km. But Francesca uses the time and reads the LP for the next destinations. \n\n To have some variety, we continue to work on motorbike. I installed a second battery and will now install a new voltmeter. So we have enough power to operate a LED lamp in the tent and load all electrical devices. The voltmeter I have programmed an alarm goes on when the voltage drops below a determinate value. Of course, the alarm goes on in the first night and I have to program something more tolerant.
I adjust the front wheel too. I adjust the spokes of the front wheel, and judge the rear wheel parallel to the front wheel. The motorbike travels now much quieter than before.
We still have a relaxing day, and stay one night longer on the camp and hope that we will soon see something exciting.\n\n **********************\n\n Nach dem Schnorcheln in Coral Bay (etwas besser als in Exmouth aber noch weit entfernt vom Roten Meer) fahren wir weiter, da es neben dem Schnorcheln eigentlich nichts weiteres zu sehen gibt. Also wieder eine Enttäuschung von einem Ort von dem die Leute sagen es ist einer der schönsten. Aber jemand hat uns gesagt, weiter im Süden ist es fantastisch schön. Also fahren wir gleich weiter. Da die Strecke bis nach Carnarvon eintönig ist und durch die ca. 2 Meter hohen Büsche, kann man auch nicht in die Ferne sehen, sind es sehr lange 300 Kilometer. Francesca nutzt die Zeit und liest im LP über die nächsten Destinationen.\n\n Damit wir etwas Abwechslung haben, arbeiten wir am Töff weiter. Ich habe eine zweite Batterie installiert und will heute ein neues Voltmeter montieren. So haben wir genügend Strom um im Zelt eine LED Lampe zu betreiben und alle elektrischen Geräte zu laden. Das Voltmeter habe ich so programmiert, dass ein Alarm losgeht, sobald die Spannung unter einen Bestimmten Wert fällt. Natürlich geht der Alarm gleich in der ersten Nacht los und ich muss es etwas toleranter programmieren.\n\n Das Vorderrad richte ich auch noch neu aus. Ich justiere die Speichen und richte das Hinterrad parallel zum Vorderrad aus. Der Töff fährt nun viel ruhiger als zuvor.\n\n Damit wir noch einen Relaxtag haben, bleiben wir noch eine Nacht länger auf dem Camping und hoffen, dass wir bald was Spannendes sehen.\n
