But the wound is not completely closed and I have to let the knee again later post-processing.\n\n Francesca brings me the next day at 5:30 to the bus terminal and we say goodbye. We will meet us again later somewhere in Cambodia. I take the 6:00 o’clock bus to Bangkok and then the plane to Luang Prabang.\n\n At the airport I cause a minor panic attack when I want with my pocket knife (about 10) through security. I completely forgot that this is not allowed, and the security people looked at me like I want to hijack an airplane. Immediately there are also many of security officers around me, which also worries me a little. The only solution is that I go back and give up my tank bag as luggage. Is this an good idea? In Luang Prabang I stand impatiently in the queue for immigration and see to the luggage carousel. Unfortunately, I cannot see my tank bag and think, why? Suddenly I see, on the luggage carousel 2 suitcases and later my tank bag. Uff!\n\n When I arrive at the hospital, the nurse greeted me and shows me that all the baggage is still there. They have kept everything in the guest house and brought here today. Great! Then we go to the motorbike and I notice that everything is in the same condition as a month ago. Also great! I am preparing the motorbike and pack him with the luggage. Soon, everything is ready and the journey cans continue.\n\n Is it ok with the knee? How do I feel to be back on the motorbike?\n\n **********************\n\n Nach einem weiteren Besuch im Spital bekomme ich die “Freigabe” wieder Motorrad fahren zu dürfen. Allerding ist die Wunde noch nicht zusammen gewachsen und ich muss das Knie später nochmals Nachbehandeln lassen. \n\n Francesca bringt mich am nächsten Tag um 5:30 zum Busterminal und wir verabschieden uns. Wir werden uns später wieder irgendwo Cambodia treffen. Ich fahre um 6:00 mit dem Bus nach Bangkok und dann mit dem Flieger nach Luang Prabang. Auf dem Flughafen habe ich eine kleine Panikattacke ausgelöst, als ich mit meinen Sackmesser (ca. 10 Stück) durch die Sicherheitskontrolle will. Ich habe ganz vergessen, das dies nicht erlaubt ist und die Sicherheitsleute haben mich ganz komisch angeschaut, als will ich ein Flugzeug entführen. Es stehen auch gleich einige Sicherheitspolizisten um mich herum, was mich auch ein wenig beunruhigt hat. Die einzige Lösung ist, dass ich zurück gehe und meinen Tankrucksack als Gepäck aufgebe. Wenn das nur gut geht?\n\n In Luang Prabang stehe ich ungeduldig in der Warteschlage für die Immigration und sehe auf das Gepäckband. Leider kann ich mein Tankrucksack nicht sehen und denke, warum nur? Auf einmal sehe ich, wie auch auf Band 2 Koffer sind und auf einmal mein Tankrucksack vorbeikommt. Uff!\n\n Als ich im Spital ankomme, begrüsst mich die Krankenschwester und zeigt mir, dass alles Gepäck noch da ist. Sie habe alles im Guesthouse aufbewahrt und heute hierhergebracht. Toll! Dann gehen wir zum Töff und ich stelle fest, dass alles im gleichen Zustand ist wie vor einem Monat. Auch toll.\n\n Ich bereite den Töff vor und belade ihn mit dem Gepäck. Schon bald ist alles bereit und die Reise kann endlich wieder fortgesetzt werden.\n\n Wie wird es wohl mit dem Knie gehen?
