So now I have reached my probably last new country. But before that there is still a lot of work. Exiting Sudan is already exhausting. 3 buses are in front of me and therefore I have to stand a long time, and then pay 50 pounds and again waiting to pay another 80 pounds. Then I have to go to the boss and he is writing in Arabic on a slip and with that I can then let the passport stamp. After that stamping the carnet also costs a lot of time. But now maybe the graduation work: the Egyptian Customs! So far, I’ve never paid someone to help me with the customs but this time I’m doing it. Jamal helps me to get all the documents for several hours and only for 5$. Not to imagine how long I would need alone. For example, you must have the VIN number written down by someone. This man looks like an ordinary truck driver and impossible for me to find. Jamal also knows that he has to put him 5 pounds in his pocket to be first in line. So everything is done in 5 hours and I have an Egyptian number plate and all the necessary documents. I drive a little further and spend the night in the desert again. Since it is still hot, I just lie with the riding dress next to the bike and sleep in the sand.<\/p>\n

Nun habe ich also mein vermutlich letztes neues Land erreicht. Aber zuvor gibt es noch viel Arbeit. Sudan verlassen ist schon anstrengend. 3 Busse sind vor mir dran und darum muss ich lange anstehen, dann 50 Pfund bezahlen und nochmals anstehen um weitere 80 Pfund zu bezahlen. Dann zum Chef und der schreibt was auf Arabisch auf einen Zettel und mit dem kann ich dann den Pass stempeln lassen. Danach noch das Carnet was auch nochmals viel Zeit kostet. Doch nun kommt die Diplomarbeit: der \u00e4gyptische Zoll! Bisher habe ich nie jemand bezahlt, der mir beim Zoll hilft aber diesmal mache ich es. Jamal hilft mir mehrere Stunden lang alle Dokument e zu besorgen und das Ganze f\u00fcr nur 5$. Nicht vor zu stellen wie lange ich alleine brauchen w\u00fcrde. Beispiel, man muss von einem Mann die VIN Nummer vom T\u00f6ff aufschreiben lassen. Der Mann sieht aus wie ein gew\u00f6hnliches Lastwagenfahren und f\u00fcr mich unm\u00f6glich zu finden. Jamal weiss auch, dass er ihm 5 Pfund in die Tasche stecken muss. So ist alles in 5 Stunden erledigt und ich habe ein \u00c4gyptisches Nummernschild und alle notwendigen Dokumente. Ich fahre noch ein wenig und \u00fcbernachte wieder in der W\u00fcste. Da es immer noch heiss ist, lege ich mich einfach mit dem Riding Dress neben den T\u00f6ff und schlafe im Sand.<\/p>\n
